Is the check-in and check-out time flexible?

Basically, you can check in after 14:00 and check out until 10:00 at our hotel, however, subject to availability, we try our best to fulfill your individual needs. There may be a surcharge for late check-out, please contact our reception staff upon arrival, who will be happy to inform you about the possibilities and surcharges.

What payment methods do you accept?

In addition to cash payment, it is of course also possible to pay by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visacard, EC / Maestro, American Express, China Unionpay, Japan Credit Bureau.

Do I need to pay a deposit for a booking?

Not required for individual bookings.

Where can I park?

You can park your car safely and free of charge in the hotel’s private parking place.

What is included in the room rate?

The room rate includes the services of the given room, Apartment or Suite, as well as a rich breakfast (10 Eur / person). The room rate does NOT include half board (14 Eur / day) and tourist tax (350 HUF / ~1 Eur / person / night).

What “baby equipment” can the hotel provide?

We can provide a baby cot and baby bath on request. Do not hesitate to contact our reception colleagues in advance!

Is the hotel air conditioned?

Yes, both our hotel and all our rooms are air conditioned.

Is there internet access in the hotel?

Yes, WiFi is available free of charge. Have you forgotten your laptop? You can use our computer corner at any time.

I have a food allergy. Can special needs breakfast / diet be solved?

Yes, we provide free bicycle storage for our guests.

Is the hotel and restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes,partially. All levels and sections are reachable, however, our bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible
